Naga Naga Ramen opens this week in Old Pasadena
With a soft opening last week and an official launch this week, Naga Naga Ramen is now open for business. Located on Colorado Blvd. in the middle of Old Pasadena, the restaurant has become a quick hit with office workers and shoppers alike. Part of the reason could be Pasadena’s lack of Japanese cuisine options outside of sushi. And the other could be something a bit more obvious: the noodles are actually pretty good.
According to the owner of the restaurant, the noodles are purchased from the same supplier as Shen Shin Gumi, which is another popular ramen house in the South Bay. One more thing that could contribute to its popularity: the recession proof prices.

Is this where ThaiItalian used to be? Or, perhaps, the most unfortunately-named “RiceZen”?
