  1. According to a poster on Eater LA:

“Green Street Tavern expanded next door more than 4 months ago and the room has been open to the public for quite some time. There’s a separate bar in there as well.”

    – I haven’t gone into Green Street Tavern in awhile so I’m glad someone commented on Eater LA.

I just passed by the restaurant tonight and it looks like Green Street Tavern just added some “fake wooden doors” that act as a wall to replace the former Fitzsu retail windows. It basically ties in the style that is in the main restaurant next door.

I’ll have to get a pic of it soon.

  3. Appreciate your updates.

Are you sure about a new EP opening at de Paseo? Is that final? Where did you hear that? Great if it’s true!

  4. ^ Yup, as far as I know, it’s going to open around winter of this year. I’ll have to post more about it soon.

    • I am not quite sure what the situation is behind doors in terms of ownership of the bakery, but contractors are already in there building out the space (albeit very slowly from what they told me). Usually build out doesn’t happen unless the lease is signed.
