Crossroads Trading Co. Opening Soon in Old Pasadena

Crossroads Trading Co. will be opening up soon in Old Pasadena

The vintage clothing store and Berkeley, CA-based, Crossroads Trading Co., buying, selling, and trading women’s and men’s clothes will be opening up in part of the former Hooters restaurant space on Colorado Blvd. next to the Peruvian restaurant Choza Mama.

I, and another agent I collaborate with, Alan Siebenaler, provided tenant representation services for Crossroads for leasing the space. Initially back in May 2009, I specifically sought out Crossroads because I thought it was blatantly obvious that “Pasadena” was missing from its locations list, which also includes Santa Monica, West Hollywood, and Silver Lake. Apparently, they were on the same page with me too because they told me they have been trying to look for the “right space” to open up in Pasadena for more than a decade. Well, welcome to the the neighborhood Crossroads! :)

Crossroads is currently building out and should open by the end of March/early April.

  1. I like Crossroads, too. Seems more Pasadena than Hooters, don’t you think?

  2. So glad Hooters is gone and Crossroads will be coming! Glad Cafe Pasadena clued me into your blog and I can keep up with the comings and goings in the real estate world in Pas. :)

  3. Mike says

I must be the only person commenting who liked the Hooters! Only for their buffalo wings lol.

BTW Bob’s Big Boy on Del Mar finally installed their permanent sign!!

  4. Everyone always says they only liked it for the chicken wings… I don’t know why the management ever bothered with the short shorts and tight t’s. lol!

btw, I had no political problems with Hooters… just always thought it was odd that Pasadena approved that bar, while running a campaign to shut down Freddies’ 35-er.
