Meet The Livingstone in Pasadena (Under Construction)

The Livingstone is actively under construction being converted into condos for sale

An exciting historic restoration project is developing on Los Robles Ave, just a 2 minute walk away from Macy’s and Paseo Colorado. The former Livingstone Hotel and Apartments is being converted to 32 luxury condominiums for sale as part of Phase I (Phase II will be a new ground-up project directly adjacent to The Livingstone).

The developer, Povac Investments, Inc., is rehabilitating and upgrading the beautiful brick structure just half a block south from Green St. Most of the building will be comprised of one-bedroom units (about 25 total units between 650-800 SF); with another 6 two-bedroom units ranging from 1000-1200 SF; and only one 2700 SF penthouse unit available at $1.5 million. HOA dues will be in the $300 range.

The restoration and upgrade of The Livingstone into condos is actively under construction and should wrap up in the late spring/early summer.

If you are interested in finding out more about The Livingstone (including pricing), please don’t hesitate to contact me.

This project is particularly exciting since it not only restores such a rare beautiful brick building but also adds more housing options for those seeking an urban and pedestrian friendly location in Downtown Pasadena

The Livingstone will include 32 market rate units

Construction is scheduled to be completed late spring/early summer on The Livingstone condos

  1. When the Livingstone was still a hotel, a neighbor of mine moved in for about two months while her home was being renovated. It was the first and only time I was ever in the building. I’m glad it’s being preserved.

  3. I’m glad it’s being preserved, too. Do you know if they’ll be able to keep any of the interior historical details intact? I’ve never seen inside and I’ve always been curious.
