Happy new year everyone!

Wishing all a prosperous new year in 2011, including Pasadena, which I hope will continue to improve with new businesses investing in the city, smart growth development infilling our underutilized lots (especially by PCC), the proposed Pasadena streetcar gaining more traction, and a revamped Paseo Colorado.

Wow, I really LOVE the first photo of the folks standing on top of the building and the mountains are super sharp in the background. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen the mountains that clearly from Colorado Blvd. What a day!
