Flying Pig is opening their first restaurant in Little Tokyo
The sign for Flying Pig just went up over the CicLAvia-weekend announcing their arrival into Downtown LA as their first brick and mortar store (they started out as solely a food truck operation driving around town). The website hasn’t updated their new location just yet, but it will be on the ground floor of the Hikari rental apartments right in the heart of Little Tokyo, which has been experiencing an incredible renaissance over the past few years as other newish restaurants like Spitz, Lazy Ox Canteen, and Spice Table have opened up in the neighborhood.
No word yet on an opening date, but we can assume sometime around the fall of this year is a possibility.
